How long does my order take to ship?
Premade skulls will ship within 1 week. For custom orders, please allow 2 weeks to design your skull and 1 week for shipping.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Complementary shipping is included nationwide, other than Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees applied). Residents in Central Texas may receive a discount if opting for delivery instead of shipping!
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Payment Plans
Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your skull and begin the design process.
Domain
Payments can be made through Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or directly though the website.
Due Date
All orders MUST be paid within 60 days or your skull is at risk for being placed back up for sale and up to 50% of the total cost may be withheld.
